Declutter this summer and be kinder to Mother Earth with PaintCare

PaintCare is the non-profit organization that makes it easy for Coloradoans across the state to recycle their unwanted paint for free. One of the easiest ways to declutter a basement, crawl space or garage is to get rid of unwanted paint that may be collecting dust. Through PaintCare, recycled paint is turned into recycled-content paint whenever possible, used as fuel, made into other products or, in the case of some unrecyclable paint, dried out and properly disposed.

There are many drop-off sites in and around Hilltop, and more than 160 drop off sites across Colorado. Drop-off sites are mainly located at paint retailers, hardware stores and household hazardous waste facilities.  Our closest drop off site is the Sherwin-Williams store on Leetsdale.  Use the locater at the PaintCare website to find contact info or other locations.
