Schools Resume In-Person Learning

CPR Education Reporter Denver Public Schools Restarts In-Person Learning, But Some Remain Nervous Over Coronavirus Transmission

And thanks to neighbors Jennifer Olerich and Stephanie Chay for reporting our local neighborhood school openings here:

Graland students started back to school after winter break on January 5.  This week (January 11) marked the start of school for Steck Elementary kids.  What an exciting new start to the New Year for families and students!   Many of these families will begin to have some sort of new normal and we are hopeful that our children, teachers and communities will remain safe and COVID19  free.  Please be on alert for young kids crossing the streets on the way to and from school.

This week also marked the return for Carson Elementary students that elected the in-person learning option. About 30% of the students have elected to remain virtual at this time. The school will be utilizing a daily health screening process for all students as an extra precaution. Please keep an eye out when traveling on Ellsworth, 1st and Grape during the morning arrival and afternoon dismissal times.

Drive safely everyone!
