9+CO Development Update

Update 3/10/2022- New Zoning Permit Proposed

What:
Block 9 (Denver) Owner LLC, has applied for a Zoning Use Permit requesting a Dwelling, Multi-Unit use in the CMP-H Zone District at 4709 East 10th Ave. Dwelling, Multi-Unit use in not al allowed use in the CMP-H Zone District.

The proposed project is a 17-Story 260 multi-unit dwelling building approximately 360,000GSF. Providing five levels of parking approximately 295 spaces, meeting the required parking in the CMP-H zone district.

Jan 3, 2022 – Our Civic Association was recently invited to meet with representatives of East-West Partners, the developer of a 253 unit (for sale) condo project at 990 Ash Street, a site in the 9+CO development.  The project, currently under design, will have 17 floors and is expected to open in 2025.

We are attaching here, with the developer’s permission, the Dec 16 Presentation to Cranmer Park Hilltop Civic Association, and look forward to learning more about the project as it moves through the Zoning Permit with Informational Notice (ZPIN) process.  We will keep you posted as we learn more details about the project and invite you to share your comments with us, your council members and the developers.
