Two New Restaurants Open in Hilltop and 9+CO

We recently posted notice of the Excise & License Hearing for The Rotary and have been looking forward to it opening at the South Holly and Cedar location for months – good news to share:  The Rotary is now open!  Click on that link to download their app and receive a Hilltop neighborhood discount and stop in and support a new local biz.
