All interested parties are hereby given notice that the City and County of Denver Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency, through the authority set forth in DRMC § 2-404, will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Rules and Regulations Governing Energy Efficiency.
The hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 15, 2020, via ZOOM. In light of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the continued spread of the virus throughout communities in Colorado, and public health orders in place to mitigate the spread of the virus, all in-person hearings are being rescheduled to virtual hearings. All hearing information can be found at:www.denvergov.org\energizedenver.
Submit comments in writing to EnergyProgram@Denvergov.org by Thursday, January 14, 2020. Comments can also be mailed to Community Planning and Development, or at 201 W. Colfax, Department 205, Denver, CO 80202, or by calling 720-865-2890 no later than Close of Business, Thursday, January 14, 2020.
The proposed Rules and Regulations Governing Energy Efficiency can be viewed on the Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency, High Performance Buildings and Homes page at www.denvergov.org\energizedenver. They can also be viewed in person at the Clerk and Recorder’s Office located in the Wellington Webb Building (201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80202).
