Your participation and feedback are welcomed!
In response to comments about the complexity of fares and in an effort to reconnect with customers following the COVID-19 pandemic, RTD has launched a Systemwide Fare Study and Equity Analysis to examine RTD’s fares and explore alternative fare structures and pass programs. The study will focus on creating a new fare structure that is:
Equitable
By supporting transit reliant and financially burdened customers and providing equitable and fair access to fares, products, and discounts regardless of race, color, national origin, income status, and for other marginalized communities.
Affordable
By aligning fares with the value of the service received.
Simple
By making fares easy to understand, with standardized discounts and streamlined fare payment options.
Get Involved!
Are you interested in shaping the future of RTD fares and pass programs?
