West Colfax celebrated another year of progress at the second annual West Colfax Lately Luncheon at the Lakewood Country Club on April 28.
The event was sponsored by the Lakewood-West Colfax Business Improvement District, West Colfax Community Association, Lakewood Economic Development, 40 West Arts District and Seigneur Gustafson law firm.
Attendees celebrated the growth in the Lamar Station Plaza shopping district, continued artistic investment in 40 West and historic preservation.
Joe Margotte, owner of Chicago Style Beef and Dogs, received the West Colfax Legend award.
